How to Raise a Concern
Last updated: October 2026
Scopevalues Septic wants homeowners to receive fair and honest treatment when contacting the service. Please tell us when something goes wrong. This page describes how to submit a complaint and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Concerns You Can Report
You can raise concerns about:
- Your experience reaching Scopevalues Septic by phone or another contact method
- The handling of your personal information
- Website information that seems wrong or unclear
- The behavior of a provider you reached through us
Problems With Provider Work
Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem involving septic, sewer line or plumbing work, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly. Keep a written record of the issue and your contact.
Please also let us know. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. A provider with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Scopevalues Septic cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on the provider's behalf.
Details to Send
Submit your complaint to contact@scopevalues.world. Include:
- Your name and contact details
- When you contacted us or the provider
- The number you dialed or form you submitted, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what action you want us to take
Our Review Process
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine the complaint and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.
Asking for Another Review
If our response does not resolve your concern, reply and request another review. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns involving licensed plumbing or septic contractors, a state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
