How Requests Reach Providers

Scopevalues Septic is a referral and marketing service connecting homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not perform septic tank pumping, septic system or drainfield repair, sewer line repair or other plumbing services.

A call through this website or a submitted form may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with plumbing and septic providers serving your area.

Payment for Connections

Providers or marketing partners may pay Scopevalues Septic for calls, form submissions and other referrals sent to them. Whether a call is answered or how long it lasts may affect payment. We may receive payment even when you choose not to hire the provider.

That compensation does not alter the provider's price to you. For work you agree to, you pay the provider directly at prices set by that provider.

Separate Businesses and Responsibilities

Providers operate independently. They are not Scopevalues Septic employees, agents or partners. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Quotes, prices and terms
• Work quality and timing
• Licenses, insurance, permits and certifications
• Communication and conduct toward you

A referral does not represent an endorsement of the provider's work. Our payment arrangements mean that the provider you reach may depend on who participates in our network at the time.

Deciding Whether to Hire

You have no obligation to hire a provider reached through this service. We encourage you to ask questions, check licenses, obtain a written quote and compare quotes from other providers before making a decision.

Tracking and Recording Calls

Calls placed through this website may be tracked. Some may also be recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
